Meet the Owner
Hey y’all! I’m Makenzie — the heart behind Lou’s Edit Boutique. I’m a fashion major at the University of Alabama, born with a love for all things cozy, creative, and uniquely styled. Ever since I was little, I dreamed of building something of my own… something that blended comfort, confidence, and a whole lot of personality. That dream is exactly what brought me here.
Lou’s Edit Boutique is my little corner of the world where I get to share that dream with you. Every hoodie, mockneck, and custom school design is created with intention — soft fabrics, thoughtful details, and that effortless Southern charm that makes you feel right at home. I wanted to build a space where girls like me could show off their school spirit while still feeling cute, comfy, and completely themselves.
